Mr. Marshall Jen, aged 31, graduated from Simon Fraser University, Canada with a Bachelor in Education, obtained a Master of Business from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a PGCE from The University of Sunderland. Mr. Jen is a research team member of STEP Project, an active member of the FFI Global Education Network and a registered teacher under Hong Kong Education Bureau. Mr. Jen has over 10 years of education experience in the Canada and Hong Kong, especially in the arena of student learning and development, curriculum design, and mentorship over special situations. Outside of his work with OpenEd Consulting and Maple Leaf Education, he serves as a Board Member for Canadian International School in Singapore, Board Governor for Maple Leaf Kingsley International School in Malaysia, and Honourary Project Director for Centre for Family Business, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
