Daniel was born in Hong Kong and is a father of two lovely boys. He is the Chief Investment Officer of BlueTop Group since 2019. BlueTop Group is a Hong Kong based single family office with over a century of experience with core investment focuses in the areas of Human Capital, Learning and Edtech space. The Group is the limited partner of a few industry leading PE/VC funds providing a full spectrum of market intelligence with synergies to our existing businesses. Venture building is another key element of its DNA.

Daniel is the Non-Executive Director of Tsui Wah Restaurant Group (1314.HK) since 2016. He serves on the board by advising business strategy and investment opportunities within the Food & Beverages ecosystem. He has also joined the board of Esperanza recently. He is an Engineer by training and holds a M.Sc. Engineering Enterprise Management, HKUST, Hong Kong and B.Sc. Engineering (1st Honors), Queen’s University, Canada. Daniel's prior work includes management roles with Sail Global Capital, Swire Beverages, KGI Asia and was an entrepreneur early in his career.
